Triumph spitfire 1500
This car was restored from the ground up every nut & bolt was replaced. Numerous new panels were filled including rear wings, rear light panel, rear valence, inner arches, door skins, sills & floor. The chassis was powder coated.
The shell was sandblasted, etch primed & primed before being painted in 2k & then machine polished to a glass like finish.
It won the car of the show & best spitfire at the Triumph International Show 2008.
Ford Escort Mk1 1100
This car was a rolling shell when it was aquired, where it under went an extensive face lift with flared front wings seam welded bodyshell and rear shock mountings being moved like the GT bodyshell, new floor pans and sills. Then the shell was bead blasted filled where it needed, etch primed, primed and then a couple of coats of 2pak Daytona Yellow was applied, then polished. It then had a Lotus Twin-cam engine fitted, world cup cross member, Bilstiens all round. This car was never entered into any shows but it looked really well and drove and handled very well too.
VW Golf Mk1 Caddy. This was a project someone else had started & left. It had been sandblasted buckled & badly repaired, we are reprofiling the sides & the roof which had been badly damaged by the blasting.
1974 MGB GT. This vehicle was bought by the owner who did not realise the extent of work involved just to get it through an MOT, this includes new floor pan's on both sides, new inner, middle, outer sill and castle section both sides, new rear wings and front repair sections of wing on both sides. We have completed all welding work on the N/S and this is now ready for paint.
Austin Mini replica rally car. The car is undergoing a full body respray and a one piece removable front. We will be repairing and replacing panels as re1qiured.
